Suddenly I can't seem to create a course. This is the debug output. I am not seeing what my problem is.

ERROR: wa-hr04-6-2016 is not a valid argument for "gam create course".

First off, NEVER post debug output without sanitizing the Authorization: header. That "Bearer" portion is sufficient to grant anyone else permission to act against your domain for the next hour or so. Very dangerous. I'd recommend running:

gam oauth revoke

immediately.

Regarding your question, the minimal command to create a course would be:

gam create course name wa-hr04-6-2016

or you may prefer:

gam create course name wa-hr04-6-2016 alias wa-hr04-6-2016

This appears to be different than the instructions on the wiki. The way I have things set the alias is the unique identifier for the class. (wa-hr04-6-2016) the display name is more generic such as "Homeroom 4th"
