Delegated Account Access - GOOGLE BUG?

to GAM for Google Workspace
I delegated my account to my assistant, she has accepted (and my account says she has accepted access) but my account is not showing up under her email account. 

Based on this Google instructions video, we think we've done everything right. It seems like a bug? 

Any help greatly appreciated if someone knows how to solve or flag for support.

Have your assistant log out of Gmail; does you account then show up?

Hi Ross,

Thank you for your response. I did have her try this yesterday and unfortunately it did not work. I will have her try again today. If that does not work, any other ideas?
