Add Today's Date to File Name Download

Is there a way to dynamically change a file name based on today's date in an Advanced GAM command?

I have a sheet that changes daily and I want to run the following command on a schedule to download it.

gam user username get drivefile id targetfolder "folder location here"  targetname TODAY format csv

Where TODAY automatically grabs today's date.

Your OS can do this for you as a sub command. You didn't say what OS that is though...
