I would like for all users to in a certain OU to be forced to change
their password at next logon. Is this possible?

Great, Great, Great tool. I will be donating shortly.

Thanks!

Hi wnmaxwell,

That should be possible. Use the command:

gam info org <name>

to get a list of all users in the OU. See here for docs on "info org". Copy that into a text editor and then edit each line to read:

gam update user <email address> changepassword on

this will force the users to change their password on next login. See here for docs on "update user".

Hello AniIM,

I maked the script for PowerShell for 'force user to change password' with the instructions but is not working. I know that is taking error because the PowerShell console wrote some red message but i'm not able to read it because the powershell window closes inmediately. Before execute the script, i run the comand  Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned as saying in the instructions, in the powershell but it gives me an error that it's not autorized to access the registry. Here you have the printscreen:

The red message is: Access deny for the registry key '.....'

Do you know if the script is not running for this firs error? I need to force users to change passwords, I can do one by one but for more than 60....

Many thanks!

(Sorry about my writing and spelling mistakes...)

I solved the problem!

We will run the powershell console with Administration privileges.

Thanks too!
