How to enable https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive?

This seems like it should be so easy, yet I cannot figure it out! I have a program that uses GAM to run the "collect orphans" command and GAM require this scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive. When I do gam oauth request, nothing in the list says Drive and I do not know which one to select. Is there a way to get a list of scopes rather than this list of options 1-53? or both?

Thank you Ross. Rights assignments is one of the most confusing parts about GAM and IMO could use some UI improvements to make the process more clear. Thanks for all your hard work on GAM, it's phenomenal!
