PSA: GAM has moved from MSI Windows Installers to EXE

GAM now offers .exe install files to replace the legacy .msi files. This was part of a move from using the Wix 3.14 packaging tool to the open-osurce Inno Setup tool. 

This should be a non-issue for most admin and offers some convenience features like better error messages when attempting to install the wrong file (arm64 on x86_64 and vice-versa).
