Greetings,

I am trying to figure out if it is possible to transfer ownership of all of one users emails to another user and apply a label to it so the new user has a way to discern what emails are from the first user and not just flooding the inbox.  I am fairly sure that I have done it before but then again I have been wrong before.

Delegation wouldn't work in this case?

That is an option, I was also looking at got-your-back but wanted to see if there was a way in gam.

Hey Ben,

Wondering if you found a possible work for this? I was looking at doing the same for a user. We have 2 different domains in our tenant and we want to delete one of their accounts in one domain, but transfer all of their email to the one that is staying "on".

I gave the options of Delegation of the account and Got-your-back and they decided to just do a delegation to the manager of the dept and let them move stuff around.  Wish google would have something like the drive transfer for email.

I believe that is to migrate out of google ie from google to exchange or vice versa

No you can do it inside the GWS domain

Test it for a test account, it will work

So I tried that data migration for this user. It says it completed, but the user is saying they don't see any emails in their "new" account. I'm going to test with another account and see what I can see.
