Guardian Summary emails: time sent

What time are guardian summary emails sent out and is this something I can control via GAM?

Here is some documentation: https://support.google.com/edu/classroom/answer/7126518

I don't see any Classroom API support for managing when summaries are sent, thus GAM can't help.
