I am just getting into GAM and all the power it options. Does anyone know of anyone or anyplace that does GAM training?

I've never seen any official training. A lot of places do informal training. We did training within our network team and that is quite common.
Tbh the wiki is the best training resource you'll find (https://github.com/jay0lee/GAM/wiki). It shows how to do pretty much anything you want and is written in very clear English.

I'm with Andrew here.
Best learning is the one you do yourself, testing the not-so-dangerous commands first. :-)
But, I must recommend that you, as I assume you are a G Suite superadmin, join the Google + community GSFE Admins.
There you will find loads of GAM users with the same needs as you.

In terms of formal training for GAM, I believe AmplifiedIT may teach something. I'm guessing other resellers / partners may as well.
