timezone in the gam cfg

I am interested in changing the time zone, in the variable, I modify the .cfg file with the utc-5 zone and it generates an error:

ERROR: Config File: C:\GAMConfig\gam.cfg, Section: DEFAULT, Item: timezone, Value: utc-5, Expected: Z|(+|-(hh:mm))

What would be the correct format for the zone?

When the timezone its set as default (utc)

gam version extended print this:
