Offline meeting rooms/resources for a certain time period

Hello Ross,

We have received requests to offline meeting rooms/resources for a certain time period

as office renovation is going on.

We would like to know if there is any way using the GAM to offline meeting rooms/resources in bulk or individually. And once the renovation is finished we can make the Meeting rooms/resources online.

Rohan,

You can unshare the calendar with your domain.

gam calendar <resourceCalId> delete acl domain:yourdomain.com

gam calendar <resourceCalId> add acl  reader domain:yourdomain.com (this will give reader access, if you want freebusy, you can use that instead)

I think this is not useful. I have run the command but am still able to book the calendar resource. The requirement is to - Make the resource offline in bulk or individually. So that no one can see or book whatever is feasible.

Super admins always have rights to edit resource calendars. Make sure you are testing with a non super admin user and that you've removed all permissions to the calendar (domain-wide and otherwise).
