Email to and from frequency

Good morning all!

One of our principals has come to me asking if there was a way to pull all emails between himself and another party to show how many times he has emailed them, and how many times they have emailed back.  

Something along the lines of a spreadsheet showing a date/timestamp of the emails between the two would be sufficient I would think as it would show all pertinent info.  Is that possible with GAM?
