Unable to go through oauth authorization

Hello,
WARNING: Config File: /home/admin/.gam/gam.cfg, Section: DEFAULT, Item: oauth2_txt, Value: /home/admin/.gam/oauth2.txt, Not Found
ERROR: No Client Access allowed
Using Cloud Shell and followed numerous instructions yet my oauth_txt file will come locked. When entering gam oauth create, Google will error out with
"Access Blocked: This app’s request is invalid -
You can’t sign in because this app sent an invalid request. You can try again later, or contact the developer about this issue. Learn more about this error
If you are a developer of this app, see error details.
Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch:"
This is the error I receive in the terminal when entering gam info domain:

Please advise :)

Hello Ross,
I have the same issue as Xioamara.
I just setup the new project, and when I continue to allow the APIs, I am redirected and the URL shows the error above.
Could you please advise?
