Checking if emails on my domain are used as recovery emails.

Hello, 

Is there any command that can be run to check if email addresses with my domain have been used as a Google recovery email for external accounts?

The thread at https://groups.google.com/g/google-apps-manager/c/bLxjssummd8 might help....(Essentially, you could print out all of the recovery emails for users in your Workspace instance, then filter for the ones that are in your domain.)
