Hi, @Ross.

I’ve completed the user migration in Google Workspace. However, Google Calendar data wasn't included automatically.

Could you please share the GAM command to transfer all calendar events from the source account to the new target account?

Thanks! In advance

Hi, Ross.

I double-checked the command parameters, but since this is for a business-critical user, I want to make absolute sure we avoid any unintended disruption.

Could you please review the command below and confirm if it looks completely accurate before I execute it? Or if you can share a command that would be helpful to me.

gam redirect stdout ./MoveEvents.txt redirect stderr stdout user o...@abc.com move events primary to X...@abc.com

Thanks!

Thanks!

See: https://github.com/GAM-team/GAM/wiki/Users-Calendars-Events#move-calendar-events-to-another-calendar

o...@abc.com needs writer access to x...@abc.com

There are all sorts of errors that the API returns.

I'd set up two test users, add events to te...@abc.com that are similar to those of o...@abc.com

Hi Ross,

I have exported the .ics calendar file from the source account, but the file size is 13 MB. The native Google Calendar web interface caps .ics imports at 1 MB, so we cannot upload it through the UI.

Is it possible to import this .ics file into the target account using GAM, or is there a recommended workaround for importing large calendar files?

Thanks!
