Get a list of files shared with entire domain

Hi,

I need to get a list of all files a user owns that are shared with "everyone with a link can access."

I'm running this command: gam user <user email address> print filelist filepath id title owners query "visibility='anyoneWithLink'" todrive, but it's not returning any value.

I'm using my account for testing, and I'm sure I have files shared with everyone. I'm running GAM 7.22.02.
