disabled Members not returning in: info Group command

i started to notice, not sure if it recently changed, that when I do the info group query its only returning active members.

I need it to return all members including disabled ones. 

Does anyone know if it used to pull back disabled members (i thought it labeled them with (false))

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
