Still using GAM 3.72 to perform mailbox exports (i know!)

New behaviour: all audit export, audit download & audit status <account> <request_id> are returning error 1301 (Entity doesn't exist). Problem is, export requests are submitted & processed successfully, but i can't download the encrypted mbox files.

e.g. (identifying info removed)
* making the export request:

./gam audit export request accoun...@domain.tld

ERROR: 1301 - Entity accoun...@domain.tld Does Not Exist

* ...however, when i query all open requests:

./gam audit export status

Current Export Requests:

 Request ID: 1234567890

  User: accoun...@domain.tld

  Status: PENDING

* ...but if i query the specific request:

./gam audit export status accoun...@domain.tld 1234567890

ERROR: 1301 - Entity accoun...@domain.tld Does Not Exist

* Also, for another requests that i did today, which was marked as completed, unsurprisingly:

./gam audit export download another...@domain.tld 1098765432

ERROR: 1301 - Entity another...@domain.tld Does Not Exist

Other GAM functions working fine, from what i've tested.

What have i missed?

Dean,

I noticed this behavior last week, this in not a Gam issue, you need to report it to Google.

Make an empty file named debug.gam in the same folder as Gam.
Run your command and you'll get debugging output that demonstrates that you are making a valid call.
Delete debug.gam

Thanks, Ross.

Found this issue this morning on the issue tracker: issuetracker.google.com/issues/68252218
Looks like Google has it in hand...
