Problem running batch to sync students to course

I am setting Google Classrooms for my school and I got a problem with it.

I tried the command 

gam csv classroom.csv gam course ~Alias sync students group ~Users

to add users in a certain group to a classroom.

Here is the output:

Z:\GAM>gam csv classroom3.csv gam course ~Alias sync students group ~Users

Using 1 processes...

Got 0 students...

Getting all members of test...@scc.edu.hk (may take some time for large groups)...

Got 23 all members...

When I check the students list in the classroom, no students are added.

Then I sync students without using batch command

gam course testingx sync students group test...@scc.edu.hk

And it works!

Z:\GAM>gam course testingx sync students group test...@scc.edu.hk

Got 0 students...

Getting all members of test...@scc.edu.hk (may take some time for large groups)...

Got 23 all members...

Using 23 processes...

Added 1b...@scc.edu.hk as a students of course testingx

Added 5c...@scc.edu.hk as a students of course testingx

Added 3b...@scc.edu.hk as a students of course testingx

Added 4a...@scc.edu.hk as a students of course testingx

Added 3a...@scc.edu.hk as a students of course testingx

Added 2a...@scc.edu.hk as a students of course testingx

I wonder if I did something wrong or it is a problem of GAM.

This is a Gam issue; you'll have to use a PowerShell script/Command batch file to process your list of classes.

It works properly in my Advanced gam: https://github.com/taers232c/GAMADV-X
