Hello,

I'm a mid-knowledgeable user of GAM.
I want to know if there is a way (command) that allows one to configure calendar sharing for all users in a domain?

Use Case:
Users in domain A need to see calendar availability of users in domain B.
By using groups that is achievable, but that means that each and every user in both domains must share their calendar with the group of each domain.

Does GAM have a command that in a bulk way will configure that sharing for all users in the domains?

Thanks and happy holidays!

Javier,

Syntax:

<CalendarACLRole> ::= editor|freebusy|freebusyreader|owner|reader|writer

gam calendar <CalendarItem> add <CalendarACLRole> domain <DomainName> sendnotifications False

Example for one user:

gam calendar us...@domainb.com add freebusyreader domain domaina.com sendnotifications false

Example for all users:

gam print users > users.csv

gam csv users.csv gam calendar "~primaryEmail" add freebusyreader domain domaina.com sendnotifications false
