limited access: setting and restoring some access

From the web interface I can:

1) enable limited access

2) re-add removed access for some people (and leave others removed)

How can that be done from GAM?

Is there any reason why the Web interface doesn't allow the same actions to be performed on multiple directories at the same time (or am I doing it wrong)? 🙏

Can you be more specific about what access you are referring to? Where exactly are you making changes in the admin console?
