GAM re-authenticate

to GAM for Google Workspace
HI all, 
GAM newbie.... I am having trouble with my GAM settings.....I try and run a command and get the following error>>

WARNING: Config File: C:\GAMConfig\gam.cfg, Section: DEFAULT, Item: oauth2_txt, Value: C:\GAMConfig\oauth2.txt, Not Found

I looked in the directory and I can see oauth2.txt.lock

Any ideas??
