Reset user, signout

I am trying to remember how to sign out a user of all connected devices, reset sign-in cookies. I tried gam user <email address> signout and got error 400 invalidinput.
What am I missing?

Do:gam config debug_level 1 user <email address> signout

Handle the following error in `gam <UserTypeEntity> signout`:
```
ERROR: 400: invalidInput - Invalid Input
```
This can be caused by applying the command to a suspended user.

Yes, the entire feature is removed in the admin gui for suspended users.
