Can Gam change group access settings in bulk

It looks like many of our groups were elft default with the visability settings and we're just realizing it. I need to change the who can view conversations and can post from entire organizagtion to just group members basically uncheck the 2 from entire organization. Can this be done for all groups or a CSV of groups?
