Error creating project ( it creates in Cloud API list, but won't proceed with install)

I accidently deleted the Gam Project , due to over spam creation.
then deleted the json and Key files to start over on "Gam create project"

after trying this one more time, i got this error.

Project creation failed. Trying again. Say n to skip project creation.

After using gam use project 
I got new error

ERROR: 400: Invalid service account email (None). - 400

Getting the same error as well.  The project seems to create completely.

oauth error i believe, can not pass the oauth session

I have fixed the problem in Advanced GAM 5.03.21 and have submitted a fix to Jay for his version.

The problem is that there is now a 25-30 second delay between creating a Service Account and being able to upload the public key;
in the past, there was no delay. Gam now waits for the creation to complete.

It's probably becuse the computer that does this is working from home due to isolation.

I'm seeing the same error - cannot create or use an existing project unfortunately.

service account took me 30seconds delay in sleep using GAMADV-XTD3
