Hi,

Can GAM update user calendar and resource calendar Country and Time Zone?

It looks like it's accessible in the API although the location is free-form text.

Also looking for a way to set the user account primary language but can't see anything for that.  Anyone?

Thanks.
Nicholas

For setting the language, look here: http://code.google.com/p/google-apps-manager/wiki/ExamplesEmailSettings#Set_User_Language

Not sure about the Calendar and Resource Calendar though

Thanks Brandon.  There are actually a number of places Language can be set and they affect different services.

[by memory...]

Domain level - in Company Profile
Account level - Account Settings - Primary Language
Email - General Settings
User Calendar - General Settings
Resource Calendar - Not sure if this can be set the same as Calendar in the API or if it needs a special function.

It's the Account level one that I need to set.  I don't think it's available via GAM?  I can't find it anyway.  If not...feature request for Jay???

Cheers,
Nicholas

Hmm, Yeah I haven't seen that in the documentation. I would recommend making a feature request for this

Hi Nicholas

Did you ever find a solution to this?

I have never figured out a way to do this with GAM. We've always had to manually update each calendar resource which can be tedious for 500+ resources.

Hi Pablo. Nope. Had to do manually. This is a pain in the posterior. Perhaps we've had an update since then?
