Generate a list of *ALL* access grants (and blocks)?

Our GDPR people want a list of who has access to what, so I'd like to generate a list of all points at which access is *granted* (rather than inherited) as a PathName (for their use, but also a UID for mine), to whom, and ideally when and by whom. And also when blocked by "limited access".

Can GAM do that? How would I do it for just one GDrive or folder (and sub folders)?

How would I specify by PathName (and alternatively UID)?
