GAMADV-XTD3 command works in linux, not in windows

I've asked my colleague to run this command on his Windows machine. Other GAM commands are working fine but not this one. (real values not being used below)

This command is working as per the subject - I can see there's an objection to todrive_user but the name.s...@domain.com isn't even in the GAM command. I don't quite understand what's happening here.

In short, as per an earlier conversation, the command takes a Sheet as input and then puts the output into a newly added Sheet in the same file.

Look in the Windows gam.cfg file, you'll see an entry todrive_user = name.s...@domain.com

When a command contains todrive, the file is uploaded to the MyDrive of this user.
What do there show:
gam info user name.s...@domain.com
gam user name.s...@domain.com show drivesettings

that's the interesting thing. He and I both have blanks for todrive_user

What should I look for in the info user and drivesettings?

BTW, output is to a Sheet on a Shared Drive, we have Organizer access

Temple,

The commands are to verify that  name.s...@domain.com exists and has drive access.
If todrive_user = "", then the user in oath.txt is used.
Do: gam oauth info
What is the value of: Google Workspace Admin:
