assigning a new GAM account owner

Hi,

right now I am working with gam as a project created from a specific account.  That account needs to go away.  I am ok with building a new account and new project, but I figured I would find out if there is a set of instructions for changing the ownership of the project and therefor the account that gam uses to run?

There is no list of simple steps to change the ownership, it will be much faster to just create a new project.
