Installing GAM with a primary and secondary domain

We have 4 domains in our Google Workspace account. alice.com is our primary domain, and bob.com is another. I've installed Gam7 and I can run commands on users in the alice.com domain just fine. I can run simple commands like gam info user us...@bob.com but when I try Gmail or Calendar commands like gam user us...@bob.com show labels or gam user us...@bob.com show calendars I get an error like User: us...@bob.com, Gmail API Service/App not enabled. 

My super admin account is part of alice.com. Is there something special I need to do so that I can use commands for these services on my other domains in the same Workspace account?

My mistake. Apparently the user I was using to test these commands had the Business Standard license removed, so of course those commands would fail. It didn't have anything to do with non-primary domains after all; It was just that one user.
