Licence abbreviation for Google Workspace for Education Plus - Legacy

I'm trying to delete user licences using GAM.

The licences show as "G Suite Enterprise for Education" from gam.exe print users username  license 

and as "Google Workspace for Education Plus - Legacy" in Google Admin dashboard.

I've tried 

gam.exe  <user>  delete license gsuiteenterpriseeducation

and

gam.exe  <user>  delete license 1010310002

but licence is not removed from user

can anyone advise please
