Do I need to be a Super Admin

I've got a colleague who is working helpdesk. I have some GAM scripts that I'd like him to use, however, I've given him a specialized role as a Google Admin.

When we tried to set up GAM in his terminal, it said you have to be a super admin. Is this true? Is there a work around for this? Any ideas guys? The Google Admin is slow and clunky so it would be great for us to figure this out.

You could create a project, invide your delegated admin, and during setup use the "use project..." syntax. That way the delegatee doesn't have to create a project.
