Email Post-delivery message details

Using the Email log search in the Admin Control panel, it is possible to see the Location and the State for a message.

Is it possible to get these through GAM? Looking at the Wiki, https://github.com/taers232c/GAMADV-XTD3/wiki/Users-Gmail-Messages-Threads, it looks like it would/should be in the SMTPHeader, but there is nothing I can see that would extract this.

My use-case is to use this to track down emails that user say they have not received.

Add the option showlabels to the print messages command; the API puts Labels and State under Labels

I don't see anything in the API https://developers.google.com/gmail/api/reference/rest/v1/users.messages
