Hi,

I am trying to work out how to delete a user's (or all users') Other Contacts whose email addresses are in a particular domain.

I can get a listing of them buy using

gam user us...@domain.com print contacts emailmatchpattern "^.*@baddomain.com"

but running

gam user us...@domain.com clear contacts emailmatchpattern ".*@baddomain.com"

results in

Got 1 Person Contact...
User: us...@domain.com, Clear maximum of 1 Person Contact

The same happens for delete.

Help? Just looking for a way to achieve the result of removing the addresses/contacts
with baddomain.com in them.

Apologies, I should have searched better before posting. The answer at the moment seems to be to downgrade to version 6.07.31

Not sure if there is a better answer.

Boris,

You can install 6.07.31 in a unique directory, and run that version for this process.
Google has announced that the Contacts API that Gam used for this process will be deprecated today.
