Orphaned Google Classroom

Hello Everyone,  

We have some orphaned Google Classrooms with students in them but no teacher.  Is there a workflow that you've used to 1) find the Classrooms that has the "Unknown User" as the Teacher role, and 2) a way to delete those Classrooms?

Yes, there is a workflow for identifying and deleting abandoned Google Classroom accounts. To find the orphaned Classrooms, you can use the Classroom API to list all the Classrooms and find the one with the "Unknown User" as the Teacher role. Once you have identified the Classroom, you can use the Classroom API to delete it. Additionally, you may want to review the Google Classroom Help Center page on abandoned Classrooms, which provides additional information on the best practices for managing abandoned Classrooms.
