Is it possible to export ALL groups in an organization? Bonus if it includes the members!

I am looking to gather a list of all google groups within our organization so that we can perform an audit. Currently I am just looking for a csv or similar sheet of all the distribution groups in our org, but if we can also get a members list for each distro that would be a plus. Currently I have only seen ways to export individual lists one at a time.

gam print group-members

Will give cleaner output of group members.

Here are my copy & paste examples:

gam print groups name description admincreated id aliases members owners managers settings > groups.csv

You will find a csv file in your home folder.

gam print groups name description admincreated id aliases members owners managers settings todrive

You will find a Google Sheet in your drive.
