Startup URLs

to GAM for Google Workspace
Is there a way for me to update startup URLs using GAM? Each year I get asked to add an additional tab for out going seniors, the rub is that they are under orgs by site then grade level and that is a lot of manual work. If I could script with GAM that would be sweet.
