Access to GAM showing up in OAuth Logs

I am seeing a lot entries like this in OAuth log event for users who I know don't have GAM installed. The IP shown is my IPv4 address and I know the user wasn't visiting me.

What is happening that a nontechnical user grants access to GAM ?

This is normal, GAM uses Service Account access on behalf of users to process their files/messages/events.
