Problem with Vault Matter IDs

Hi,

With a bash script I did some automation:

- assign a vault license

- creating a vault matter

- creating a vault hold

- requesting an mail export

- downloading the export

- closing and deleting hold and matter

- deleting account

Sometimes it get's stuck with the matter IDs as follows:

Command: gam create vaulthold matter >>>acc...@mail.com<<< name acc...@mail.com corpus mail accounts acc...@mail.com

ERROR: Vault Matter: acc...@mail.com, Is not unique, Vault Matter IDs: 4eb9d...bfa,613b...fda6214,7f95...8948fad66,a4a...828f-9699b614837f,a5136189-7....0c965,b36ccb...93ae33d,c203a1...3dfea77a,c2c01a35-f1cc-4...e3d,fa37fa75...37fsdfds0086

The IDs are getting more with each request. I have closed and deleted them manually. They still appear under deleted matters in vault.google.com. I guess I can't go on as long as they exist.

So I hope I am wrong and someone can give me a hint how to fix this. Also I would like to understand how this cam up suddenly where is was working fine for many other accounts before.
