Google Cloud Shell stuck on provisioning?

Hi

GAM is fantastic thanks! 

I have had my instance running happily for a couple of years on Google Cloud Shell

Do not know if anyone can help me, GCP was "down" two days ago (would not access it at all), since then the "provisioning your Cloud Shell machine" message is "stuck". the only option (it seems) is Ephemeral mode where I do not have access to anything GAM related! 

 (so not much use to me).

Have I "lost" my Gam install, or what should I do, any ideas?
