Hello Atul,

By disabling captcha you meant disabling the "Agreed to terms" screen appearing when a new user signs in for the first time. ?

Hi,

Is there any script or GAM command which can disable captcha for new or existing users? Or a command which can disable the captcha for a domain?

Thanks for helping world.

Hi Atul,

There's no way for GAM to do this, the agreedToTerms attribute in the Google Provisioning API is read-only.

I've heard of cases where Google support has disabled this for schools or organizations when they had a specific reason for doing so (for example, an org with elderly members who have a very difficult time solving the Captchas). You might try filing a support ticket with Google and asking if this can be done for your organization. No guarantees they'll accommodate your request though.

thanks Sreejith, Actually I knew that this is possible only for new account not for existing. I wanted to do it for both.

Jay:- You are right. Google support team can do it from back-end even I had previous experience with the same stuff by creating a ticket to Google Support ticket and they disabled the captcha from back-end but this time NO LUCK:-).

Thanks.

Hi Atul,

Sorry I can't provide more help. Personally, I'm really, really good at solving even the hardest Captchas on 1st try because I've had to do so many of them :-)
