Turn on and show World Clock Setting

Hello, 

We have discovered that it is possible to turn on a setting within Google Calendar which would allow one to view. Attached you will find a screenshot of the setting.

Would it be possible to toggle this setting to ON in GAM for everyone in GSuite? If so, would it also be possible to select the time zones to standardize this for all our users?

That setting isn't available in the API, so GAM can't do it.
