Remove Aliases

I am trying to remove aliases from a ton of accounts. I have the primary emails of the users and have the users in specific OU's. I've tried using this URL to do what I need, but I can't get it to do what I'm looking for.

Here is what I've tried:

Get primary and secondary emails of specific users in OUs. 

gam print aliases query ou_and_children "/Tubman/Students" > Tubmanstudent.csv

Remove aliases from users using their primary. 

gam csv "/File/Path.csv" gam delete alias

You didn't specfiy the user:

gam csv "/File/Path.csv" gam user "~primaryEmail" delete alias
