Hello,

Wish you a very happy new year.

Can anyone help me how to search email logs? My search criteria are all the mail sent to *@domain.com from 10th Dec to 15th Dec.

Sure, go to the Admin page under reports->Email Log Search

I wanted to know if I can do email log search using GAM.

Hi Ross,

The data which I want to see is Date,Sender,Subject,Recipient,Event(SMTP_OUT/SMTP_IN),Event Status(Delivered/Received),Sender IP Address.

The reason I wanted to use GAM to fetch the logs is because Admin Console has the limitation of 1000 results per search. So if there are 1 Lacs emails per day, then i have to run the query 100 times which is very time-consuming.

My Advanced GAM (https://github.com/taers232c/GAMADV-X/) supports getting the Email Audit but the API is broken, see: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/68252218

This version supports getting email messages via a different API, see https://github.com/taers232c/GAMADV-X/wiki/Users---Gmail---Messages-Threads
But all of the fields you want are not available.

Login to google workspace admin then if left side click on Reporting then " Search Email Log", Here you can filter email logs by sender email, recipient email, date, message ID etc..
