Import CSV that reflects changes to notes area for devices

I am new to Google Apps Manager and don't know PowerShell very good but just wondering if someone out there knows how to import a csv that I have edited with some notes. I want in our notes section on all of our chromebooks to have their asset tag numbers. I was able to export a csv with all of our chromebooks and have that csv updated with all of the asset tags in the notes, however dont know the scripting part in order to get it imported into GAM. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
