All -

Is it possible to removed delegated users without knowing who a user's mailbox has been delegated to? I would also like to remove email forwarding addresses without specifying the address forwarded to. Example scenario below:

John...@company.com is auto-forwarding email to Bob....@company.com

Is there a (relatively) simple GAM command that would allow me to remove delegate access without specifying who to remove? Currently I would run:

This becomes tedious because I have to first discover who has access, then remove that individual. Looking for a way to remove all delegate access + email forwarding.

Any/all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. This is my current process.

I'm curious if there's a way to remove delegates and forwarding without first printing/exporting a list of current settings.

A bit of forwarding trivia you may want to consider.

If you turn forwarding OFF, but leave the forwardingaddress in place, any filters that forward will continue to work.

You can pipe the output of print directly into the input of the command.

For example,

gam all users print delegates | gam csv - gam user ~Email delete delegate ~delegateAddress
