Get User Info based on Custom Scheme Field

Would it be possible to get user info by a custom scheme I built for each account?

not sure what you mean? Are you trying to get only users who match a certain custom scheme?

For example, if I have a student id as a custom scheme. could I search for that student id because I don't know the google account?
