List sub-folders of Shared Drives and users access levels

I'm trying to list the sub-folders of a Shared Drive, and to list all the users that have been given access to those sub-folders. 

As a next step, my goal is to remove or modify their permission levels as needed to meet compliance requirements. 

So far, I have this command that lists the Shared Drives and the access levels:

gam print drivefileacls <drive_id> oneitemperrow todrive

I just want to modify it so it reads the sub-folders and the individuals that have been given access to them.

gam redirect csv ./DriveNameFileList.csv user <driveOr...@example.com> print filelist select teamdrive "Drive Name" fullpath fields id,name,mimetype,permissions oneitemperrow

The above will give you the following information for all of the files and folders on a named shared drive.

Owner,id,name,mimeType,paths,path.0,permission.deleted,permission.displayName,
permission.domain,permission.emailAddress,permission.id,permission.permissionDetails,
permission.permissionDetails.0.inherited,permission.permissionDetails.0.inheritedFrom,permission.permissionDetails.0.permissionType,permission.permissionDetails.0.role,permission.photoLink,permission.role,permission.type
