Hi, im trying to upload the students to GSUITE via the browser, last january all worked perfect, but I see the CSV have now changed in format, whatever I do I always
get this error. ACTION_FAILED:UNKNOWN... this is the CSV file I send up.. saved in UTM8 and all other standards as well for testing..

Those are the minimum required fields no, from documentation on google site... if I mess up the organizational unit I get another error ACTION_FAILED:OU so I think that is correct, have tried with / in front and without... but like it is above I always get the ACTION_FAILED:UNKNOWN... I have checked with 2 different SUPER ADMINISTRATOR accounts,... what could it be? Thanks in advance

What you are describing is not a problem when using GAM.

Call Google Support. It's included in your subscription, and they will help you.
