Hi Ross,

I am getting an error when running (gam info user / gam whatis username).

I have updated to the latest version of GAMADV-XTD3 (5.22.02) and updated oauth2.txt with any additional scopes and authorized any additional scopes under domain-wide delegation.

Think the issue may be with Enterprise License Manager API. Noticed API Explorer is not loading for different domains I have tried.

Submitted an issue with Google.

I get the same issue when attempting to get user info...  when it attempts to look up licenses at the end of the user info, it errors out...

I've flagged the issue to Google but for now you can disable license lookup on user info commands by adding "nolicenses" to your command.

Google Support indicated that they are working on a fix.

Thanks Brian,

FYI if you open a case with Google support, please mention this is related to internal Google issue 170383475.

I'm also having this problem, same 404 error.  It was working yesterday. According to the issuetracker link you submitted, someone from Google has escalated it up the chain; thank you for reporting it.

Give it a try now, I am no longer seeing the errors in GAM or GAMADV-XTD3.

Thank you everyone that reported that one up (as a novice user I was doubting my install until I saw the thread here).

Google support confirmed that it should be working now as well. And confirmed it's working on my end in Cloud Shell.

Cheers,

Hello,

I started getting this error today. The nolicenses workaround does help, but seems this error has popped up again.

This issue is back and happening again on a couple of my tenants for the last 4 hours running on different stacks. Both were running a slightly older instance of GAM, which have been upgraded to the latest version.
Lookups worked fine for a bit prior to the 4 hour period, but it's kaput now.
The nolicenses workaround is still effective.
